donations requesting a donation
Picazzo’s believes that supporting our communities and meaningful charitable causes is an important part of who we are. Throughout the year, we receive many requests for donations from schools, nonprofit organizations, community groups, and charitable events.
To ensure our giving is fair, consistent, and aligned with our values and annual charitable budget, all donation requests are reviewed using established criteria. While we sincerely appreciate every request, we are unable to fulfill them all.
monetary donations
Picazzo’s primary monetary philanthropic efforts are dedicated to supporting Rett Syndrome research and related causes. Monetary donation requests outside of this focus are generally not approved.
gift card donations
Gift card donations may be considered for schools, registered nonprofit organizations, community fundraisers, and similar causes. Requests are evaluated based on factors that may include, but are not limited to:
- Geographic proximity to a Picazzo’s location
- Alignment with our company values
- Organization type and charitable mission
- Existing business or community relationships
- Available annual donation budget
- Potential community impact
food donations
Food donations may be considered for qualifying events and organizations. Approval is based on several factors, including:
- The nature and purpose of the event or cause
- Organization type (nonprofit, public, or private)
- Existing relationship with Picazzo’s
- Timing, logistics, and product availability
- Available donation budget
- Overall community impact
donation review
All donation requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Submission of a request does not guarantee approval. Picazzo’s reserves the right to approve, decline, or modify any donation request based on budget availability, operational considerations, and alignment with our charitable giving priorities.
We are grateful to the organizations that work to strengthen our communities and appreciate the opportunity to consider each request.
pets can i bring my dog?
While we love animals, pets are generally not allowed in food establishments. There are, however, specific circumstances in which certain animals may be allowed.
approved circumstances
- Service animals, such as guide dogs, signal dogs, or other animals individually trained to provide assistance to an individual with a disability are allowed to be present (MC Health Code).
- Service animals and patrol animals are allowed in areas that are not used for food preparation and that are usually open for customers, such as dining and sales areas, as long as a health or safety hazard will not result from their presence (§6-501.115 (B2-3)).
- Pets in the common dining areas of institutional care facilities such as nursing homes, assisted living facilities, group homes, or residential care facilities are allowed to be present at times other than during meals as long as food and food equipment is protected and the dining tables are cleaned before the next meal service (§6-501.115 B4).

our dining room right to refuse service
At Picazzo’s we are committed to creating a safe, welcoming, and respectful environment for all guests and team members. To uphold this standard, we reserve the right to refuse service in the following circumstances:
harassment or abusive behavior
Any form of harassment, discrimination, verbal abuse, or threatening behavior toward staff, other guests, or anyone on the premises will not be tolerated.
intoxicated guests
In accordance with state and local laws, we will not serve alcohol to guests who appear to be intoxicated. Guests who are visibly over-served or under the influence of drugs or alcohol may be refused additional service and asked to leave the premises safely.
disruptive or unsafe conduct
Any behavior that disrupts the dining experience of others, creates an unsafe environment, or damages property may result in the refusal of service or removal from the premises.
Our staff is trained to handle these situations with professionalism and care. These decisions are made at the discretion of management to protect the wellbeing of everyone in our restaurant.
Thank you for understanding and supporting our efforts to maintain a positive and respectful atmosphere.

vip rewards how the rewards program works
At Picazzo’s Healthy Italian Kitchen, we value our guests and want to reward you for choosing to dine with us. Picazzo’s VIP Rewards is designed to offer meaningful perks while maintaining fairness and consistency for all guests. The following policy outlines how the program works, what rewards you can earn, and the limits and restrictions that apply.
1 · enrollment + eligibility
- Enrollment is free and available to guests aged 18 or older.
- Guests must provide a valid phone number and/or email to create an account.
2 · how you earn points
- Guests earn 1 point per $1 spent on eligible food and beverage purchases only, at any Picazzo’s location and on online food and beverage orders. Gift card purchases do not accrue points, as points accrue upon dining and redeeming the gift card.
- Points are awarded on pre-tax, pre-gratuity totals.
- Points generally post to your account immediately upon closing the transaction.
- Picazzo’s current accrual rate (subject to change at any time) is 175 points to earn $10.00 in Accrual Reward value. After the initial Accrual Reward, the rate of accrual is $0.057 per $1.00 spent.
non-qualifying purchases
- Taxes, fees, delivery platform charges, and third-party delivery orders (DoorDash, Uber Eats, etc.).
- Gift card purchases, in-store or online.
3 · rewards + redemption
- Picazzo’s reserves the right to change rewards and redemption rules at any time, with or without notice. We will always attempt to make the changes known, but understand there may be times of missed transparency.
- Picazzo’s may offer multiple types of rewards. The main reward of the program is the “Accrual Reward.” Other rewards or bonuses may include, but are not limited to, Birthday Rewards, Limited Time Rewards, Point Multiplier Rewards, and Visit or Menu Item Based Rewards.
- Accrual Rewards become available at every purchase and continue to accrue until redeemed.
- The first Accrual Reward cannot be redeemed until the minimum accrual target of $10 is reached. Then, rewards can be redeemed as accrued, on the next transaction after the reward has been accrued.
- Rewards and bonuses may be redeemed in-store or online when logged into your loyalty account, or by using a linked credit card upon payment.
- Only one reward may be applied per transaction unless otherwise stated, and redemption is limited to no more than $40 per day, per transaction.
- Rewards and bonuses have no cash value and cannot be refunded, sold, or transferred.
- When redeeming rewards or bonuses in tandem with gift card redemptions, rewards and bonuses must be applied first, prior to redeeming gift card values. This is due to tax amounts being altered by applied discounts, which disrupts the accuracy of totals and can potentially over-express taxation.
4 · expiration policies
- Accrual Rewards may expire after 12 months of account inactivity, if the company sees it as necessary to maintain or clean up accounts.
- Other rewards and bonuses will have separate expiration dates and timeframes after issuance unless a promotional reward states otherwise. For example, Birthday Rewards expire after the last day of the birth month.
- Any expired points or rewards cannot be reinstated.
5 · program limits + restrictions
To ensure fairness and prevent misuse, the following limitations apply.
account + usage limits
- One loyalty account per guest; duplicate accounts may be merged or deactivated.
- Guests may need to identify themselves (phone or email lookup) at the time of purchase; points cannot be added later after a transaction, except when verified by a receipt within 7 days by a store manager.
- Rewards and bonuses cannot be used to purchase gift cards.
discount + reward restrictions
- Accrual Rewards, rewards, and bonuses cannot be combined with other promotions, coupons, or discounts unless specifically allowed.
- Rewards and bonuses cannot be used toward taxes, alcohol (where prohibited), gratuities, or third-party delivery fees.
behavior + misuse
- Picazzo’s reserves the right to review accounts for misuse or fraudulent activity.
- Suspected misuse may result in points reversal or account closure.
6 · program updates + communication
- By enrolling, guests agree to receive loyalty-related emails and/or texts such as reward notifications, point summaries, and program updates.
- Picazzo’s reserves the right to modify or discontinue the loyalty program at any time without notice.
7 · terms + privacy
These documents may be found on Picazzo’s website as well as in the Picazzo’s mobile app.
8 · contact for support
For questions about point balances, account access, or program rules, guests may contact a store manager at any Picazzo’s location.
at the table separate checks
At Picazzo’s, hospitality is one of our highest priorities, and we are happy to accommodate separate checks whenever possible to meet our guests’ needs.
For larger parties, processing multiple checks may require additional time and can impact the pace of service. To help us provide the best possible experience, we kindly ask that guests notify their server at the beginning of the meal if separate checks will be requested.
Whenever possible, our team will make every effort to accommodate these requests while maintaining efficient service for all guests. Depending on party size, complexity, and operational considerations, management may establish reasonable limitations when necessary to ensure timely and accurate service.
