How do you utilize your Picazzo’s Organic Italian Kitchens leftovers?
November and Thanksgiving remind us of leftovers. We would love to hear from our guests about how you create something new with our leftovers. Please post your creations on our Picazzos Organic Italian Kitchen Facebook page or picazzositalian Instagram #PicazzosLeftoverCreation
Cara, server from our Scottsdale location told us many guests like to make Gluten free French Toast from our fabulous gluten free focaccia bread.
With one egg, your choice of milk, and cinnamon you can dip two slices of Picazzos Organic Italian Kitchens house made, gluten free focaccia bread and make a delicious french toast meal.
Many guests also enjoy a variety of omelets or breakfast frittatas from their leftover Picazzos Organic Italian Kitchen’s gluten free Chopped kale salad. I added zucchini, spinach and red onion for more vegetables.
Then, I added pea sprouts – because I can!
I always feel so good after I eat vegetables and protein for breakfast. I don’t eat french toast every day, but it is sure fun to pull the focaccia bread out of the freezer and enjoy a very quick breakfast. We’d love to hear about your creations!
